LionetRides designs and manufactures to international standards, including CE, ISO 17842, and the ASTM F24 series. Key load-bearing components undergo non-destructive testing and fatigue analysis, and every ride passes a 72-hour continuous load test before shipment.
Can you customize rides for our amusement park?
Yes. As a source manufacturer with dedicated steel-structure and fiberglass mold workshops, we provide OEM/ODM customization—from themed appearance and color schemes to passenger capacity and layout.
What is the lead time for a custom project?
Depending on the complexity, the typical lead time is 60–120 days. After the contract is signed, we will issue a detailed production schedule and provide progress updates at key milestones.
Do you provide installation and after-sales service?
Yes. We can provide on-site installation supervision, commissioning, and operator training, along with a 24-month warranty and spare-parts support.
